1. Who we are

Lobster Fulfillment is operated by CARAVELA VENTURES LLC, a company registered at 30 N Gould St Ste N, Sheridan, WY 82801, USA. Throughout this policy, "Lobster Fulfillment," "we," "us," or "our" refers to CARAVELA VENTURES LLC.

2. What data we collect

We only collect information needed to operate our fulfillment software for Shopify merchants:

• Account data: your name and email address when you create an account or contact us.
• Store connection data: your Shopify store URL and the API credentials or collaborator access needed to read orders and push fulfillment updates.
• Order data: order numbers, customer names, shipping addresses, and phone numbers needed to fulfill shipments. This data is pulled from your connected Shopify store via Shopify APIs.
• Wallet and transaction data: prepaid credit balances, top-up records, and per-order charges.

3. How we use your data

We use the information we collect to:

• Import paid orders from your Shopify store for processing.
• Submit selected orders to integrated fulfillment and carrier partners.
• Send shipment details and fulfillment status back to Shopify automatically.
• Process prepaid credit purchases and deduct per-order fulfillment fees.
• Provide customer support and respond to questions or issues.

Order and customer data received through Shopify APIs is used solely to provide the fulfillment platform for you as the merchant. We do not use it for any unrelated purpose.

4. How we share your data

We share data only with the parties needed to complete the service:

• Shipping carriers and suppliers: shipping labels, tracking details, and delivery addresses are shared as needed to ship orders.
• Payment processing: Paddle is our online reseller and Merchant of Record. Paddle receives the information required to process payments, provide billing support, and handle refunds and returns.
• Authorities: if required by law, court order, or to protect our legal rights.

We do not sell, rent, or trade personal data to third parties for marketing purposes.

5. Data retention

We keep your data while your account is active and for as long as necessary to complete fulfillment, handle disputes, and meet legal or tax obligations. Once an account is closed, we delete or anonymize personal data upon request unless we are required to retain it by law.

6. Security

We use industry-standard security measures, including encrypted data transmission (TLS/SSL), access controls, and limited internal access to sensitive information. While we work to protect your data, no online service can guarantee absolute security.

7. Your rights

Depending on your location, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or export your personal data, and to object to or restrict certain processing. To exercise any of these rights, contact us on Telegram and we will respond within a reasonable time.

8. International data transfers

Lobster Fulfillment is based in the United States. Order and customer data is processed in connection with shipping goods from China to destinations worldwide. By using our service, you acknowledge that data may be transferred to and processed in jurisdictions outside your own.

9. Cookies and analytics

Our marketing site may use cookies and similar technologies, including the Meta Pixel, to measure advertising performance and improve the site. These tools do not identify you personally beyond what you choose to share. You can control cookies through your browser settings.
